This website is operated for Leora and Liron’s wedding. It provides personalized invitations, collects RSVPs, and sends wedding-related communications.
Information we collect
We may maintain information supplied by the wedding families, guests, or their representatives, including:
- Names, household groupings, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
- Attendance responses for individual guests.
- Interest in wedding transportation.
- Private notes and messages submitted for possible publication on the website.
- WhatsApp consent, incoming messages, and message delivery status.
- Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use this information only to administer the wedding: delivering invitations and reminders, recording and confirming RSVPs, planning attendance and transportation, responding to guests, displaying approved messages, and maintaining the security and reliability of the service.
Service providers
Information may be processed through services used to operate the invitation system, including the website host and database, Google Sheets, Postmark for email, and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell guest information or use it for unrelated advertising.
WhatsApp communications
WhatsApp invitations and reminders are sent only after the applicable telephone number has provided consent. A recipient may reply STOP to stop future WhatsApp messages. Stopping messages does not automatically delete other RSVP information.
Cookies and security
The website may use essential session cookies for security and form processing. It does not use advertising cookies. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Each household’s invitation link is private and should not be shared publicly.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably needed to administer the wedding, maintain appropriate records, resolve problems, and meet legal or security obligations. Guests may request access, correction, or deletion as described in our data deletion instructions.
