Data Deletion Instructions

Effective September 8, 2026

You may ask us to delete personal information associated with your wedding invitation, RSVP, email address, or WhatsApp number.

How to request deletion

1. Email family@leoraandliron.rsvp with the subject “Wedding RSVP data deletion request.”
2. Include your name, household invitation name, and the email address or telephone number associated with the invitation.
3. State whether you want all household information deleted or only information connected to a particular person, email address, or telephone number.

What happens next

We may ask for limited additional information to confirm that the requester is entitled to control the record. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the applicable contact information, RSVP responses, transportation interest, notes, WhatsApp consent and message records, and delivery history from systems under our control. We will ordinarily confirm completion within 30 days.

Deletion may make the personalized invitation unavailable and may prevent the families from including the affected guest in attendance or transportation planning. Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documenting that a request was fulfilled. Information already processed by a service provider may remain temporarily in backups or logs according to that provider’s retention practices.

Stopping WhatsApp messages

To stop future WhatsApp communications without deleting the RSVP record, reply STOP to the wedding WhatsApp number.
